Automated email updates are now available in MYBTS. Following successful testing, this frequently requested feature allows users to receive emails about selected shipment milestones and schedule changes.
In May 2026, we introduced the renewed MYBTS portal. With the addition of automated email updates, we are making it easier to stay informed about shipment progress and changes relevant to your daily planning.
Choose the updates relevant to your operations
Every business has different information needs. You can choose which shipment updates you would like to receive by email, from vessel departures and arrivals to changes in expected schedules.
Which email updates are available?
The following standard updates can now be enabled:
– Departure 1st POL – You receive an email when the vessel departs from the first Port of Loading.
– Arrival Final POD – You receive an email when your shipment arrives at the final Port of Discharge.
– Freight loaded 1st POL – You receive an email when your cargo has been loaded onto the vessel at the first Port of Loading.
– Freight Unloaded Final POD – You receive an email when your cargo has been fully unloaded at the final Port of Discharge.
– Change of ETD 1st POL – You receive an email when the Estimated Time of Departure from the first Port of Loading changes.
– Change of ETA Final POD – You receive an email when the Estimated Time of Arrival at the final Port of Discharge changes.
